Coastal Magazine is a publication designed for a good laid back read. The aim in the design was to keep it light and airy to reflect the subject. The challenge was to establish a look and feel distinct from the traditional glossy travel magazine. This was met by featuring the topics as chapters and utilizing complimentary formats, styles and shades.

With a background and passion for photography, it was motivating to be able to capture and compose my own photos for this magazine as well.
